Malang is a Karachi-based e-commerce platform offering limited edition, artisan-crafted Ajraks, shawls, kurtas, jewelry, and home décor inspired by Pakistani heritage and contemporary design.

Products and Descriptions
* All products listed are crafted by artisans, and slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural and intended, reflecting authenticity.
* Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly.
* We strive to provide accurate descriptions, including sizing and material details, but Malang does not guarantee absolute accuracy.
Ordering
* Orders can only be placed via our official website or approved social media channels.
* All orders require a confirmed payment (COD or bank transfer for Pakistan).
* Malang reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Pricing and Payment
* Prices are listed in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
* Payment must be made in full before dispatch, unless COD is selected.
* Payment confirmation is required before we process your order.
* Malang reserves the right to change prices or correct errors at any time prior to order confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
* Currently, Malang ships within Pakistan only.
* Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days.
* Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on location.
* Malang is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
* Due to the limited edition and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
* Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for exchange consideration.
* Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Product Authenticity
* All Malang products are creations of Artisans
* Any reproduction, copying, or commercial use of Malang designs, images, or campaign content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
* All intellectual property rights (designs, images, graphics, campaigns, and content) on this website are owned by Malang (Laal’9 Collective).
* Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.
Customer Responsibilities
* Customers must provide accurate and complete personal information.
* Customers are responsible for the security of their accounts and must notify Malang of any unauthorized activity immediately.
* Customers agree not to misuse the website or purchase system in any way that could harm Malang or its services.

* Misuse of products after delivery.
* Differences in appearance due to monitor/display settings.
* Malang’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
