Returns and Exchanges

1- Due to the limited edition and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
2- Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
3- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for exchange consideration.
4- Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5- Exchanges are only permitted for damaged or incorrect items and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.
